Dr. Jeff Elliot is an outstanding chiropractor with over ten years of clinical experience. He was born and raised in Waconia, MN and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Medical Studies at UW-River Falls and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. Dr. Jeff continues to advance his knowledge and has completed post-graduate certifications in Acupuncture and Nutrition.
The driving force for Dr. Jeff’s career in chiropractic came at a young age when his older brother was suffering from a low back injury that was preventing him from participating in cross-country. After weeks of minimal results from traditional medicine a friend recommended a local chiropractor and quickly helped him overcome the injury and return to running. This experience opened his eyes to the wonders of chiropractic care and alternative healing.
Dr. Jeff has experience working in an integrated clinical setting working alongside medical doctors, physical therapists, and massage therapists and understands the benefits of working together to achieve the best outcome for the patient. Dr. Jeff is certified in Acupuncture and has advanced training and knowledge using multiple techniques for treating soft tissue injuries, extremity injuries, spinal conditions, and experience with auto accidents and work injuries.
Prior to graduating from Northwestern Dr. Jeff spent several weeks in Costa Rica volunteering his time and chiropractic skills to underprivileged communities. “It was a very humbling experience… caring for people living in poverty and to help a patient walk for the first time in years was very rewarding”.
Dr. Jeff resides in Eagan, MN and enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and daughter Ellie. He stays busy by participating in coed volleyball, traveling, attending concerts and enjoying the outdoors.
